In this role you will lead a small team that supports Estate Services to deliver a customer focused service by providing both qualitative and quantitative management information to raise service standards and customer satisfaction levels, driving continuous improvement within the service.  You will also have a key role in ensuring the service provides Value for Money for customers through your role in procurement and contract management.   Your team will be key in ensuring effective complaints management within Estate Services, and you’ll be involved in developing a broader scope of engagement and consultation with the services’ customers. For a limited period, you will manage the team that provides our Voids clearance service, pending the commencement of the new R&M contract anticipated 2019.

You are passionate about leading teams to deliver an excellent customer experience by being easy, reliable and empathetic in the way they deal with customers and colleagues.

You work relentlessly to identify and remove pain points and consistently lead others to do the same.

You will have experience of successful management of a range of typical estate services i.e.  caretaking, cleaning, gardening.  Able to engage with and build successful dialogue and relationships with key customers and colleagues across the organisation. Personable, pro-active, professional and able to demonstrate full commitment to exceptional customer service in all activities.
