The UK has a housing problem. This affects every one of us, because housing is the foundation of the society we live in. Catalyst is part of the solution. You could be too.
One of the UK’s leading housing associations, Catalyst is here to make a purposeful difference by providing housing solutions for those who can’t afford a home without our help. We offer a wide range of homes, for rent, part ownership or purchase. By doing so, we build more than homes – we build communities. Put simply, we’re committed to our social purpose - in every part of our organisation. And, we always seek to do better. If you do too, read on.
You are passionate about delivering excellent customer experience every time, by being easy, reliable and empathetic in the way you deal with customers and colleagues.
In this role you will provide an independent assessment of our service standards, inspecting blocks and estates where we provide a service and identifying where we’re doing well, and where we need to improve to raise customer satisfaction. You’ll establish and maintain effective working relationships with colleagues to ensure a ‘one team’ approach that provides excellent customer service. You will assist the team leader to produce remedial action plans that detail areas of concern, responsibilities for rectification and recommend timescales for delivery. You will be aware of, and report on, all service performance indicators so the inspection programme achieves real results for customers.
You are self-aware and display respect and empathy for customer needs and requirements. You have good literacy, numeracy, administrative, IT and communication skills, and an eye for detail! You can adapt to and demonstrate Catalyst values.
