Hours: Full time 36.25 hours per week

As part of our continuous development of our service, we now have an exciting opportunity for a Technical Officer Team Leader to join our Independent Living Team.

This key role will see you provide line management support to the Technical Officers and provide technical advice and supervision of building work to enable customers to choose appropriate solutions for the repair and adaptation of their homes.

The ideal candidate will have technical knowledge in housing construction and repairs and will have experience of leading and motivating teams.
