Director of Finance, Governance & Risk
Framework is a charity delivering housing, health, employment, support and care services to people with a diverse range of needs. We assist rough sleepers and those who need help to keep their home. We support excluded youngsters as they make their way into adulthood, and those starting or returning to work. We provide access to treatment for people with mental health issues and those misusing alcohol or illegal substances. We join up provision for homeless people with multiple and complex needs.
Through 70 services across the East Midlands, Framework is both a safety net and a platform for change. Each year more than 16,000 people approach us for help. Responding to their needs, respecting their choices and empowering them to achieve, we aim to make life better for our service users and those around them.
Reporting to our CEO, the Director of Finance, Governance & Risk will provide strategic leadership on all financial matters such as long-term financial planning, stress testing, budgeting; financial reporting; regulation and risk management. The person appointed to this role will also become Framework’s Company Secretary, assisting the Board to ensure that decisions are taken in accordance with modern standards of good governance.
