You will assist the Head of Sales & Marketing to maximise value from Origin’s Retail and Office (R&O) Portfolio of 83 commercial real estate assets, located in London and Hertfordshire (annual income over £2.2m).  You will be responsible for acting as a client and direct our agents, professionals and contractors who manage the portfolio on our behalf and to mitigate risk, maintain relationships and protect income.  This post holder also requires knowledge of the residential sales market to assist with Origins sale programme when needed.
