About the Role:

Responsible for managing a team of four, you will have experience of delivering a high quality responsive repairs and void property refurbishment service to residents on an estate. You will ensure contractors and budgets are effectively managed, KPI performance is upper quartile and buildings and other assets are maintained to the highest standards and meet all regulatory and legislative standards.

About you:

To succeed in this role, you’ll have a proven track record in managing a repairs service at a similar level. You will have experience of delivering top quartile performance. This will be through effective contract management and implementing new ways of working that deliver continuous improvement and great customer satisfaction.  You will also have experience of developing and motivating your team and where needed, provide technical expertise and guidance for repairs and maintenance related works to SW9 managed properties.
