Home Ownership Officer
We have a fantastic opportunity for a Home Ownership Officer to join our Housing Operations Team.
In this varied role you will be responsible for the effective management of shared ownership, leasehold and private rent properties. To ensure timely and comprehensive responses to all issues in the letting of properties with a strong focus on achieving target yields and high levels of customer service.
We are looking for an effective communicator who has the ability to work within a team or individually to meet the department’s targets. We need a solution focused person with strong negotiation skills who can successfully resolve property issues.
Our ideal candidate will have experience in lettings or property management, and we’re particularly keen to hear from candidates who have experience working in the housing industry with a variety of tenures.
You must have a clean driving licence and access to a roadworthy car.
The successful applicant will require a standard DBS disclosure.
Internal applications are welcome from employees who have passed their probation period, are not currently being standard set for absence or performance or on a disciplinary warning (unless able to demonstrate significant improvement over the last six months).
