We are looking for an enthusiastic and self-motivated individual to join our Tenancy Sustainment Team. The purpose of this key role is to be able to provide advice and support that enables our residents to control and maintain tenancies from the time they are nominated a Radian property.
This is an exciting time to be joining the team in an ever-changing environment. You will always be busy and will be expected to give help and advice in many area’s including, new tenancy advice around being a ‘good neighbour’, budgeting and debt counselling, setting up home and service charges, property condition and hoarding.
With empathy and understanding, drive and determination the successful applicant will have demonstrable experience of providing excellent customer focussed services with knowledge of people from all walks of life with the skill to deliver services that provide practical support for customers without undermining their independence.
This role will cover a large geographical area around the Ringwood office including the New Forest, Wiltshire and Dorset. Sometimes cover of other areas may be required. A full clean driving licence and access to a car at all times is essential.
