We’re looking for a customer-focused individual with energy, experience and a strong sense of purpose to join us as a Team Administrator in our Governance and Compliance directorate.

As Team Administrator you will be responsible for providing secretarial and administrative support to colleagues in the Governance and Compliance team. You’ll schedule meetings, book rooms, manage agendas, maintain filing systems in accordance with data protection legislation as well as assisting in the preparation of correspondence and paperwork.

You will also raise invoices for approval, prepare packs for the board members and assist the Company Secretary and Assistant Company Secretary in the signing and sealing of documents while maintaining appropriate records.

You’ll be passionate about delivering excellent customer experience every time by being easy, reliable and empathetic in the way you deal with customers and colleagues as well as proven experience of working in office administration, using databases and Microsoft Office.
