We are currently seeking a Lifecycle and Compliance Administrator to be based at Swarcliffe on a Permanent contract for 35 hours per week.

The main purpose of this role is ensuring the effective control and maintenance of all compliance related processes and systems within Swarcliffe PFI. Identifying and pre-empting non-compliance, directing and logging activity and tracking to resolution and completion and ensuring all necessary documentary evidence and certification is in place.

The post holder will provide administrative support to the PFI Project Manager and Life Cycle and Compliance Manager in delivering compliant Health and Safety systems for all Swarcliffe activity, asset condition monitoring, development of Lifecycle plans, delivery of Lifecycle works, Project Management of variations and the effective delivery of planned preventative maintenance (PPM).

The successful candidate will require a DBS check.
