The role

I am currently recruiting for an Asset Assistant working within our Property Services directorate. As our Asset Assistant you will be helping to support the overall delivery of the Asset Management Strategy, this is largely an administration role which will enable you to really get involved with additional activities like providing monthly performance statistics and reporting to business stakeholders on a range of key performance targets. You will be comfortable using MS Excel as a large part of the role will involve accurately producing and updating reports.

There will be additional tasks such as reviewing and processing purchase orders and helping us to investigate and resolve anomalies. You will be organising and preparing minutes and action points as required.

We are currently implementing new innovative ideas to optimising our asset performance therefore we would be keen to secure someone who can think on their feet and out of the box and be able to contribute new ideas to the team.

To be successful, you will be highly organised and will be able to prioritise tasks effectively to meet deadlines. You will have excellent verbal and written communication skills and be comfortable working with spreadsheets therefore being comfortable using Excel is a necessity.
