Head of Business Support

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Head of Business Support to lead a newly formed team to help our business achieve its vision.
About the Role
The Business Support Team plays a central role in Poplar HARCA’s transformation programme. Working closely with Corporate Services, the Team leads on compliance and on the delivery of numerous improvement projects designed to grow our business, embed a culture of innovation and continuous learning, and to ensure our people and processes are aligned to our vision.
If successful, you will manage a team of 4 and will be responsible for the development, implementation and monitoring of business support functions including complaints, GDPR, and insight reporting; with the aim of creating opportunities across our business.
About the Person
We are looking for a leader who is self-motivated, who understands our sector, is able to problem solve, and who has great insight in improvement and regulation. Someone who can lead our Business Support Team on a journey to provide a friendly consultancy and support service across Poplar HARCA.
You will be a strong communicator and influencer; capable of ensuring new ideas are developed and implemented across the business, and that our services our compliant.
Educated to degree level or equivalent (through relevant training and/or experience), you will possess a track record of leading a team in a large and complex customer service and regulated environment. You will also be committed to achieving results and putting our people first.
