We are currently seeking a Income Officer to be based at Hope Park, Bradford on a Temporary contract until 29 September 2019 for 35 hours per week.
The main purpose of this role is to maximise Yorkshire Housing rental income by providing a preventative collection service to assist customers with all aspects of income recovery. The service will be customer focused and will ensure our procedures are applied consistently.
Successful candidates will be required to work with customers to develop solutions which help them to maintain their tenancies, by minimising evictions, working with the neighbourhood teams but where necessary attend eviction contributing to the management of void properties by reducing associated costs. You will also work with the Community Investment team and Neighbourhood officers to address the worklessness agenda and seek out opportunities and provide advice.
The successful candidate in post will require a DBS check and will have a full, driving license valid for the UK, with access to a vehicle.
