Incommunities are looking for an experienced, enthusiastic and resilient individual to lead our Neighbourhoods Team in the development and delivery of a customer focussed and cost effective housing management service.

Incommunities is a large association group based in Bradford and Kirklees. We manage around 22,000 properties in the region. We have a staff team of 1000 people managing & maintaining our customer’s homes. You will be able to rise to the challenge as strategic lead for the core service of Housing Management, able to work collaboratively with colleagues with a track record of shaping and delivering this vital service. You will have an understanding of the challenges of working in diverse communities; have great people management skills and experience of leading and managing teams through change. You will be able to demonstrate better outcomes for tenants and greater efficiency and effectiveness as a result of your leadership.
