About the scheme
Chantry Court is a development of 30 properties, a mixture of houses, flats and maisonettes and set in very pretty grounds in the heart of Canterbury near to the river. Chantry Court is in a quiet location considering its closeness to the city centre, supermarket and local amenities
There are two train stations nearby (West station and New station)
The Scheme Manager accommodation comprises of one bedroom and a room designated as the scheme office within the property. There is a small guest room comprising of twin beds and shower, wash basin and a toilet for hire by the residents at a small charge. The Scheme laundry room is for use by all residents.
What you'll be doing
In a nutshell, you will be responsible for supporting residents in maintaining their well-being and independence and support the delivery of quality property management services which respond to customer and business needs. You'll be building and maintaining effective relationships with residents, their relatives and relevant external agencies as well as welcoming new residents.
You'll be dealing with generic leaseholder matters including neighbour disputes and breaches of lease seeking assistance when required from Regional Manager.
What we're looking for
You must be self-motivated, demonstrate excellent organisational and interpersonal skills and good customer skills and have a proven track record in providing services to those with a support need. Above all we are looking for someone with a patient and caring personality and a commitment to service excellence.
