We have a fantastic opportunity for a Project Support Worker to join our team and provide support to our customers in Mid Essex.

You will be predominantly based in Chelmsford but will also cover our services in Dunmow and Colchester, when needed.

This is an exciting time to join Notting Hill Genesis as we are recruiting to several roles across the Essex region. The primary focus of our services is to support customers in a range of areas, including improving independent life skills, quality of life and building stability through a range of social activities.

Notting Hill Genesis is a prominent housing related support provider to older people in London and the South East. We have recently undergone an ambitious change programme in our services provided across the area. The aim of the new services is to ensure our customers achieve their own goals and aspirations through the support and encouragement of our staff.

Although previous supported housing experience would be suitable for this role, we are also looking for inspirational individuals who will seize the potential of making a difference in people's lives. We want to find motivational individual's that have a genuine interest working with vulnerable people and delivering a person-centred service.

The starting salary for the role is £17,745 per annum. Following a successful probation period and training your salary will increase to £19,108 (Level 2 Project Worker). You will work 39 hours, 5 days per week. Hours are flexible to accommodate our customers' needs. You will work alternate weekends.

Due to the requirements of this role you will need a full UK Driving Licence. Business mileage costs will be expensed.
