Following the introduction of a new Housing ICT System (CX) Bristol City Council are looking for a Housing Systems Team Leader who can: lead and develop a team; has a track record of maintaining and improving ICT systems; can identify opportunities to innovate and has the change management experience.

The systems team are responsible for managing and improving key ICT systems across the housing service including CX, Abritas, Click and Keystone. You will be responsible for taking a strategic lead on the identification, and implementation, of system developments, including improving mobile working options and digital services.

You will be responsible for managing and developing the Housing IT systems and staff plus identifying, leading and delivering ICT solutions needed for the provision of high-quality housing services.
