Be Connected Project Coordinator - Stafford

Are you passionate about working with volunteers to improve the wellbeing of the local communities?

Stafford and Rural Homes (SARH) is a vibrant and forward thinking company that is proud to support BeConnected; funded by the National Lottery through the Big Lottery Fund.  This community-based initiative addresses social isolation and loneliness in the Stafford locality, by introducing or re-connecting older people with the community around them.

The BeConnected Project Coordinator manages a team of volunteers to deliver a diverse range of activities and events to help individuals connect with others. You will have experience of working in a similar environment, bringing creativity, enthusiasm and passion to the BeConnected project.

It is essential that you have organisational and project management experience along with excellent communication and IT skills.  Previous experience of managing volunteers and reporting outcomes would be advantageous.

SARH is a high performing; successful and well-led Sunday Times Top 100 BEST Company. We welcome applications from individuals who have the drive to deliver excellent communication and support to a range of staff, customers and stakeholders.

We are recognised for being a values-based organisation and this is something we extend to all who work for us and with us. In return you will enjoy working for an ambitious company that works hard to attract and retain talented staff who have a passion and enthusiasm for delivering outstanding customer service.

We welcome applications from enthusiastic and customer focussed candidates with superb engagement skills who can empower SARH customers to make a real difference to their lives and local communities.
