Then look no further, Orbit currently has an exciting opportunity for a new Project Accountant to join their finance team. This role is key is to providing financial expertise to Orbit's current business wide software implementation programme, Project Apollo.
Based across the Midlands, the East and the South East, Orbit is already one of the UK's leading housing associations. This role will see you take an influential lead on the financial elements of Project Apollo by monitoring and projecting the proposed costs. Working closely with the Programme Director, you will challenge decisions that could lead to increasing costs and provide solutions and recommendations as a different course of action. Not only will this role sit with the Finance and IT teams, you will be responsible for working with all directorates across the business.
We are looking for a newly qualified accountant to come on board and fully immerse themselves in Project Apollo. To be a good fit for this role you will be a well rounded, strong communicator who is able to build strong relationships across the business. This role requires an inquisitive, commercially minded individual who can analyse data and provide solutions to improve performance.
