This is an exciting leadership opportunity to help us shape our asset base of 27,000 homes and develop models of sustainability for the future. 

As one of our senior management team, our Assistant Director for Asset Management and Regeneration will lead the strategy to maximise Karbon’s use of its housing assets to meet the needs and aspirations of our customers and communities, and ensure compliance with all regulatory and statutory requirements.

Importantly as a leader, you will also be modelling and shaping the culture and behaviours in Karbon that will enable us to deliver service excellence.

The role will suit someone with a demonstrable record in achievement in strategic asset management and compliance, who is keen to bring passion and innovation to the fore.  You will be experienced in leading the development and delivery of appraisal, assessment and sustainability across asset and regeneration, working in partnership to deliver excellence.
