The role

This is an exciting time to join the A2Dominion Care Team! Our service is growing and it is an excellent time to join a growing and thriving team committed to providing high quality care services in the Woking area and beyond.

A2Dominion are contracted by Adult Social Care to deliver domiciliary care services at Brockhill Extra Care Scheme and to help enable us to do this we are looking for a Care Co-ordinator to lead a small team of A2D Care Workers. You will be warm, caring and have a drive and passion about you ready and willing to make a real difference to the services we deliver.

You will have passion for helping to care for others and be extremely organised, a skilled communicator and have empathy. You will be able to manage performance but have a real eye for delivering outstanding customer service.

You will help us to promote, drive and grow new care packages in sheltered accommodation. You will be supporting our Service Manager in preparing and responding to inspections and audits. Often enough there are visits from friends and family members involved in the care of the client, you will be required to communicate effectively and ensure co-operation is maintained.

To be successful, you will need to have recent experience in managing a care service and have experience providing care or support to others. You must have some understanding of the needs of older people to maintain their independence.
