HR Projects Officer
Salary - £38,994 - £41,847
Location: Broadwater Farm, Tottenham
Contract : Fixed Term Contract (12 months)

We have an excellent opportunity for an HR Projects Officer to work in our Human Resources team and lead on our Property Services Directorate. This is an exciting time to join Homes for Haringey as we enter a period of change.

This role will see you operate as an internal business partner to members of the Property Services teams. You will work in partnership with managers to ensure the staff resource of the Property Services is managed in compliance with Homes for Haringey policies and practices.

You will help embed our organisational culture and values. You will contribute to the organisational performance by providing creative and practical solutions on resourcing, employee relations, employee pay and rewards and change management.

You will provide HR expertise and coaching to senior managers, guiding policy, staffing and budgeting decisions to ensure we maintain a culture of good practice.

We are looking for someone who can quickly build working relationships and influence senior managers. You will have a comprehensive knowledge of employment law and has proven experience in efficiently and commercially handling complex casework.

The hours for this role are 36 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
