The role

We have an exciting opportunity for an Internal Communications Officer to join our team based in Coventry.

The Internal Communications Officer is a key role within the Marketing and Communications team. The role will deliver effective communication internally across the organisation with the support from the wider marketing design and digital team.

The focus of this role is to support the Senior Internal Communications Officer with defining and delivering the internal communications strategy and communicating day to day business messaging, as well as liaising with key internal stakeholders to identify stories that may be of interest to the business

This is an exciting role where you will be responsible for the writing and delivery business-wide communications across multiple channels, including the intranet, digital newsletters, email and blog articles.You will produce communications that align with the priorities of the business and liaise with teams across the business to ensure all messages are aligned

We are looking for a well organised individual who ideally has a good track record of working in a Communications or Marketing background, with strong social media and writing skills. You will be required to write effective content on behalf of other individuals and the business itself focusing around different audiences.
