Various Locations: Hastings, Bexhill, Hailsham, Brighton, Rye, Eastbourne, but also into Kent and Surrey.(transport provided)
Salary: £17,146 - £19,051
Hours: 36.25 hours per week, Monday - Friday, 8am - 4pm
Contract: Permanent

Orbit is one of the UK's leading Housing providers and has a fantastic opportunity for two Estate Services Operatives located in and around Sussex. Working as part of the existing Estate Services team, this role will see you provide a high quality cleaning and bulk waste disposal service to the communal areas of Orbit developments and report any repairs or improvements so that customers, visitors and Orbit properties are safe and secure.

This role provides a fantastic opportunity as a starting point for someone who is looking to build a career in housing. To be successful, Orbit is looking for an enthusiastic, trustworthy and reliable individual that has strong communication skills, both written and verbal. The role requires someone who can recognise potential hazards and possesses a basic understanding of health and safety.

Working out of our meeting point in St Leonards, Hastings, you will need to hold a full UK driving licence to drive and travel across a variety of Orbit schemes throughout Sussex, as well as into Surrey and Kent. You will be entitled to a variety of employment benefits including, full training and development opportunities, as well as 27 days holiday. You are also entitled to a contributory pension scheme that is in place.
