Communications Officer

Salary - £30,000 - £33,500 dependent on experience

We're looking for a driven and passionate communications professional to join us at an exciting time for our company as we undertake a £20million business transformation programme.

In this challenging and rewarding role, you'll play an important role in delivering internal communications for our 1,000+ colleagues, producing thoughtful, engaging copy and delivering new projects and campaigns.

The role

· You'll use your specialist communications experience to deliver engaging campaigns and activities, managing projects end-to-end

· In this varied role, you'll work on multiple projects at a time, delivering high quality communications for both our business transformation and routine projects

· You'll work collaboratively with the wider Communications Team across the full Communications mix, including press, PR and customer marketing

· You'll write compelling content for a range of channels and audiences and create new print and digital artwork

· You'll support Communications Managers with high profile campaigns and help to drive communications strategies across the organisation

About you

· You are a creative and skilled communicator, with previous experience of working in a busy internal communications, PR or marketing environment.

· You'll have excellent organisational and project management skills

· You are confident using Adobe Creative Suite for desktop design and brand management

· You have a passion for quality and excellence, a strong work ethic and demonstrate a commitment to continuous personal improvement.
