In Lewisham, we’re committed to providing housing and refugee services that meet people’s needs and aspirations. We believe that people come first, so we’re transforming the way we work, becoming a sanctuary borough and putting people at the heart of everything we do.

With your help, we can transform our housing needs and homeless services to help people find housing solutions. We have big ideas and even bigger ambitions. That’s where you come in.

About the role

It’s a varied and exciting role where you’ll report to the Assistant Director of Housing Services to provide professional advice and support to the services that form The Housing Partnerships and Service Improvement Group. This will involve taking overall responsibility for the planning and management of services including effective change management processes when required, in order to ensure community and customer needs are identified and met.

You’ll also report into the Housing Programme Board and be responsible for all key housing change and delivery programmes. Identifying service objectives and continually meeting and exceeding service targets across the Division will all be part of your dynamic remit. Above all, you’ll work effectively with partners to achieve successful outcomes that bring our vision, values and ways of working to life.
