Operations Manager - Capital, Planned & Programmes
We are looking for a senior, qualified manager to lead our Capital, Planned & Programmes team.
In this role you will determine the investment needs of the housing stock in conjunction with the Client Council HRA (Housing Revenue Account) Business Plans. You will develop and manage our one and five year Capital and Planned Programmes on behalf of our four Client Councils (Local Authorities).
You will be primarily based in Dover and required to work across all of the Client Council (Local Authority) areas on a regular basis including travel to managed assets/properties/offices.
