New Homes Sales Advisor
Domovo Homes is part of bpha - a dynamic and ambitious 18,000 unit Housing Association based in Bedford and operating throughout the Oxford to Cambridge growth corridor. The organisation employs 400 people, has an annual turnover in excess of £120m and a development programme that will see it build around 3,000 new homes over the next five years making it one of the top 25 of developing associations.
We have introduced thousands of people to their perfect home, whether it’s the first steps on the property ladder, a place to raise a family or a plan for retirement. We want to help even more customers find somewhere to call home and are looking for a driven and outgoing Sales Advisor to join our proactive sales team. Providing a first class service, you’ll generate sales leads and sell properties on behalf of Domovo Homes and our clients.
You’ll be the first point of contact for both new and existing customers, proactively generating interest in the homes we offer and in turn, increasing the number of quality leads generated. You’ll also be responsible for ensuring that marketing material is available as well as being honest, transparent and up to date, this may mean that occasionally you will need to measure for floor plans or take photographs.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record of sales, ideally in a property setting (estate agency, new homes or housing association) and will be self-motivated, constantly striving to meet and exceed targets, eager to go above and beyond to earn commission and help the team achieve its goals. Knowledge of Low Cost Home Ownership schemes and local housing markets would be advantageous, as would having an understanding of the conveyance process. We are seeking an individual who will consistently push themselves to be the best so if you enjoy working in a busy and challenging environment and have experience in property sales then this could be the ideal job for you.
Travel will be required so a full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle for work purposes is essential.
