Moat is a leading housing association in the South East, building high quality affordable homes for those in housing need. 

We own and manage over 20,000 homes and are incredibly proud of our strong track record in delivering an average of 700 new affordable homes a year, and of the impact we have in our communities. 

We are looking for a qualified Governance and Compliance professional who is passionate about what they do, and their contribution to our business success. We don’t do ‘tick boxes’, so we need someone who is approachable, pragmatic, and who manages risk and compliance in a business context. This role reports directly to the Chief Executive but we pride ourselves on having a relatively informal and flat structure – so  you need to influence through your professional skills and enthusiasm  to take others with you.
