We have an exciting new opportunity for a Team Manager to lead the Income Collection Team to deliver an effective specialised income collection service, which maximises collection whilst striving to achieve and maintain top quartile performance.

Reporting to the Income Recovery and Collection Manager we are looking for an experienced Team Manager to join us working alongside 2 existing Team Managers to manage a high performance team of Officers. The teams are split into 3 specialisms - Universal Credit, Legal and Impact and Recovery.

The role would suit someone who has proven experience in income collection and tenancy enforcement action with excellent knowledge of best practice in debt collection. A sound understanding of Housing law, Welfare reform and Universal Credit would be advantageous.

Typical working days are Monday-Friday and you must be willing and able to work shifts between 8am-8pm where required. You will need to have a flexible approach and may be required to drive on occasion.
