Cynon Taf Community Housing Group lies in the heart of Rhondda Cynon Taf in glorious South Wales. We’re proud of our deep-rooted history in providing housing and support for the people and communities where we work.

We provide 1850 homes for living rents, and our hugely-respected Cwm Taf Care & Repair subsidiary provides services to enable older or disabled people living in privately-owned homes to maintain their safety and independence.

Above all though, we are a people-based organisation. We‘re passionate about providing great services and support, about being a good employer, and about being a respected partner in our region and across Wales.

We’re looking for a passionate and inspiring Group Chief Executive to lead us into the future, supporting resilient and vibrant communities across our region.

Our new Chief Executive will be someone who will relish both the challenges and opportunities created by working in one of the most economically deprived areas of Wales; someone who will provide great leadership and inspiration to a committed team of staff, tenants and Board Members; someone who genuinely values and welcomes the views of our tenants and clients in shaping and regulating our business; and someone who can spot the potential of the people and places in which we live and work, translating those into great solutions to support resilient communities.

You will also have the skills and expertise needed to lead our business in delivering on our regulatory framework, protecting our financial sustainability and building on our ambitions.

If you think you fit the bill, and want to join a great organisation visit our website via the red 'apply' button and download our application pack today.

The closing date for applications is 12pm on 4th March 2019.

First interviews will take place on 11th March 2019. Second interviews will take place on 28th March 2019. For an informal discussion about the role please contact Joy Kent on 07393 350049.
