Salary: £18,540 - £20,600 per annum

Orbit are one of the UK's leading Housing Providers and we are looking for three Finance Support Officers to join our Property Management team based in Coventry.

This exciting role will see you review and adjust information on Orbit's service charge accounts. This is a key role where you will reconcile costs including posting entries to the system to accurately reflect any necessary changes. Reporting into the Head of Service Charge, you will be responsible for providing customers with updates and on going support to meet their expectations.
We are looking for a highly organised and focussed individual who is a strong communicator, with attention to detail. This role requires a self starter who can work to tight deadlines and have a good understanding of double entry book keeping. To be successful you will need to be technically savvy and proficient in Excel.
It would be an advantage if you have previous service charge experience but not essential.
Please be aware these roles are being offered as a 6 months fixed term contract, with a possibility of extension. Secondment policy applies to internal candidates.
