Governance and Planning Officer
As Governance and Planning Officer you will co-ordinate an efficient and effective support service, ensuring strong links between senior management and Board are maintained.
Your role will include supporting the Board and Committees in carrying out their duties effectively and ensure Boards and Committees comply with Terms of Reference.
The ideal candidate for this role would have demonstrable experience of providing governance support to Boards/Committees and have / willing to complete Chartered ICSA qualification or equivalent relevant experience. We will be happy to support relevant and necessary study and training for the successful candidate.
To be successful in the role you will need demonstrable knowledge and understanding of corporate governance and company secretariat practices. You will also need to have considerable experience of research, writing and communication skills with the ability to be persuasive, present cohesive argument and make recommendations.
This role would suit someone from a Company Secretarial, Personal Assiatant or law background.
