We are currently seeking a Estate Co-ordinator to be based at Bradford Depot on a Temporary contract until 30 September 2019 for 35 hours per week.

The main purpose of this role is to support the provision of Estate services team maintaining the physical appearance of Yorkshire housing schemes across the region to a high standard with specific emphasis on meeting specified outputs and improving performance in the designated public and communal areas. Ensuring our estates are clean and safe promoting a sense of ownership and community wellbeing.

The successful person appointed will coordinate, supervise and monitor minor repairs and maintenance work, including bulk items, fly tipping and groundworks undertaken by the Estate services team to ensure that they are completed to specified standards and in a timely cost effective manner. In addition, some of the duties of the role will include investigating and reporting failures of service that affect customers that may raise a health and safety concern, cover gaps in service and annual leave and set rota's for the team. 

The ideal candidate will have a a full, driving license valid for the UK with access to a vehicle.
