We are currently seeking two Infrastructure Analysts to be based at Dysons Chambers, Leeds on a fixed term, temporary contract until 30 September 2019 for 35 hours per week.
The main purpose of this role is to be responsible for the support and continued development of the ICT infrastructure which underpins the operation of the business systems used within Yorkshire Housing. The successful candidate will be the ICT representative on any assigned business projects providing the necessary ICT expertise to ensure the provision of effective, quality, technical solutions.
Some of the duties of the role will include being the ICT expert on assigned ICT and business projects, researching, evaluating, recommending and implementing solutions to meet defined business requirements ensuring the consistent application of infrastructure standards across all projects. Furthermore, assisting the ICT Management team in the development of ICT strategy and managing and administrating all components of the Citrix desktop environment including troubleshooting, performance monitoring, optimisation and the provision of new/upgraded desktop applications as required.
The ideal candidate would have an ITIL Foundation certificate, be qualified in MCSE and have previous experience in a similar role.
