Customer Service Advisor
We are looking for a positive and proactive individual to provide excellent customer service to our internal and external customers.
In this role you will be part of the team who are the first point of telephone contact to Housing Solutions for our customers and other stakeholders. You will be involved in providing several key services for our customers, including accurately prioritising and booking repairs, advising customers of their rent/service charge accounts and facilitating payments, and providing housing advice on general queries. You may also be providing customer service on our reception for our customers and all other visitors to our offices.
We are looking for someone with significant experience in a telephone based customer services role, including experience of dealing with challenging customers. You must be able to prioritise and deal with several tasks at once and have a confident, pleasant and clear telephone manner. You will be required to carry out administrative duties effectively and efficiently. The ideal candidate will be educated to GCSE level or equivalent and must have a passion for delivering excellent customer service. You must be competent in using IT systems and have the ability to work under pressure with a high level of integrity.
