Location: Briar Croft, Stratford upon Avon
Salary: £25,650- £28,500 pro rata
Contract: Permanent
Hours: Part time 25 hours per week

As part of the continuous development of our service, we now have an exciting opportunity for an Extra Care Scheme Manager to join our Independent Living Team based at Briar Croft.

The Scheme Manager will be responsible for the delivery of excellent housing management and services to older and vulnerable customers within the Extra Care scheme. You will work closely with colleagues in Property Management, Tenancy Services, Lettings and the Customer Service Centre as well as building excellent relationships with external partners to ensure the schemes are at the forefront of the local community.

The ideal candidate will have experience in the delivery and management of a front line support service. You will have skills in people management and customer engagement.
