Works Planning Supervisor
This is a great opportunity to supervise the delivery of contracts, ensuring all works are delivered to the agreed quality, standard and timeframe KPIs as set and within budgets. To proactively highlight areas requiring improvement to relevant managers or supervisors detailing innovative solutions for process change.
You should have experience in team leadership and line management. The job holder should have experience of working in a busy customer services department with strong customer services skills. Experience of working on contractor management and IT projects and to be able to deal with a variety of internal and external stakeholders is required.
You should be an effective verbal and written communicator with the ability to remain calm when handling calls of a sensitive or difficult nature, work well under pressure and possess good organisational and planning skills.
The jobholder should be flexible in the hours worked to fulfil the duty rota as required.
