As a new community mutual association we are keen to develop our reputation for great service and engagement and we are looking for the right person to help us interrogate our data and translate it into business-led insight and action.
Your role will be to help us review and manage our customer research, complaints and policy activity. You will be an excellent communicator, able to work alongside colleagues to support them through new processes and comfortable working at strategic, operational and administrative level.
You will also help us to remain outwardly focussed by keeping us up to speed on what is happening in the housing and community sectors, sharing best practice and finding new and exciting ways of developing our services.
You should have the ability to carry out complex analysis, interpret data and apply logical thinking combined with strong report writing skills. We are particularly keen to hear from you if you are of graduate calibre, or with equivalent experience, are proficient in IT and have a strong commitment to the aims and objectives of social housing.
