Are you passionate about supporting vulnerable adults and making a difference in their lives?
We are recruiting for a Part Time Lead Project Worker to join one of our supported accommodation schemes located in Hunstanton.

The scheme is an accommodation based service that supports single homeless people who may have experienced drug, alcohol, substance misuse problems, and/or have varying support needs. The primary focus of our schemes is to support customers in a range of areas including finding employment, recovery from addiction and building stability through a range of social activities. A successful outcome is achieved when our customers can move on to more suitable long-term accommodation, appropriate to their needs.
We are looking for an inspirational and driven individual who will seize the potential of making a difference in people's lives. We want to find motivational individual's that have a genuine interest working with vulnerable people and delivering a person-centred service.
