Flexible base either;
Gosforth, Newcastle Upon Tyne - Salary £33,500 to £60,000 per annum OR London – Salary £37,520 to £67,200 per annum plus car allowance of £334.62 per month

We have a fantastic opportunity for a Sales Brand & Marketing Manager to support us in our strategic priority to build 10,000 new homes across the UK of which a significant proportion need to be marketed and sold.
You’ll be driving our brand through creative marketing campaigns, customer and market insight and leading our brilliant team in the marketing of our new homes. There’s lots to get your creative juices flowing leading on the brand and marketing of our new developments, ensuring campaigns delight our customers and help us generate enquiries to make the sale to drive growth and surplus. You’ll also lead on enhancing our Persona website as well as helping to implementing a new CRM system (Microsoft Dynamics) so that we can have all the information we need about our customers right at our fingertips.
From affordable housing to our private sales brand Persona, you’ll have the opportunity to work on everything from affordable apartments to luxury homes, including outright sale as well as shared ownership. How brilliant is that!
You’ll report to Steve our Head of Sales & Marketing. Steve is passionate about marketing and sales and has over 25 years experience. Outside of work Steve loves sport and in particular football, cricket, golf and American Football. He has followed Miami Dolphins for more years than he would care to remember. He also loves going to the gym and trying to stay in shape. He can’t live without the protein porridge he has everyday at work!
You’ll work alongside a fantastic team who we affectionately called the ‘Star Catches’. They’re smart, nimble, customer savvy and at all times - data driven. They’re a fun bunch who work hard and are willing to roll up their selves and ‘dive in’.

A bit about you
It goes without saying that you’ll have a relevant degree and professional qualification or equivalent. You’ll be a creative and experienced marketing or brand manager, with a successful track record in launching products and leading successful campaigns across a broad range of channels including digital, print and direct marketing, driving commercial growth.
What we do need you to have is new homes or property marketing experience, the ability to analysis and interpret trends, manage budgets and measure the cost/benefits of your activities. In addition you will have strong organisation and planning skills and be able to work at a fast pace, managing multiple campaigns at the same time. If you can unleash the potential of others and make it a great place to work for your colleagues then this would be the cherry on the cake (or should we say the sold sign on the door).
As you’ll be supporting our developments across the UK, we do need you to have a full driving licence and access to a car for work.
