Supporting some of our most vulnerable residents, you will take ownership of our Community Alarm and Telecare Service, overseeing installation, invoicing, business development, financial management and team leadership. We will look to you to harness the latest technologies and drive continuous improvement, whilst utilising your excellent customer service skills to the full. Operating to some stretching performance targets, you will analyse customer feedback and financial data to enhance the service we provide and will manage safeguarding to deliver a co-ordinated multi-agency response – so you may be certain that every day will bring different challenges.
An experienced manager within a social housing setting, you will bring a high level of business acumen, real financial astuteness and broad knowledge of community alarm and telecare technology. At the same time, you should be well versed in relevant legislation, familiar with local government policies and practices and capable of engaging other stakeholders, and you will be an inspiring team and project leader. Above all, you will share our determination to keep vulnerable and marginalised tenants safe, secure and happy in their homes.
