We have a fantastic opening for a Project Support Worker to join our team and provide support to our customers at Avalon Court - an extra care service in Ipswich.

This is an exciting time to join Notting Hill Genesis as we are recruiting to several roles across the Suffolk region. The primary focus of our services is to support customers in a range of areas, including improving independent life skills, quality of life and building stability through a range of social activities.

Notting Hill Genesis is a prominent housing related support provider to individuals with learning difficulties in Suffolk. We have recently undergone an ambitious change programme in our services provided across the area. The aim of the new services is to ensure our customers achieve their own goals and aspirations through the support and encouragement of our staff.

Although previous supported housing experience would be suitable for this role, we are also looking for inspirational individuals who will seize the potential of making a difference in people's lives. We want to find motivational individual's that have a genuine interest working with vulnerable people and delivering a person-centred service.

The salary for the role will be £17,745 per annum. Full time working is 39 hours per week. You will work on a four week rota - the first two weeks will see you work early shifts, 0800 - 1600 and the following two weeks you will work lates 1200 - 2000 . You will work alternate weekends.
