Taking our Neighbourhood Services provision to the next level, you will champion innovative technology, challenge current working practices and drive ongoing service improvement and policy development. To make this happen, you will analyse and interpret performance data and regional and national statistics, design new training and development initiatives, and review policies, strategies and IT provision – giving you enormous impact on the way we think and operate. In short, you will put best practice, best value and continuous improvement at the heart of our organisation: ensuring we remain at the cutting edge to enhance our tenants’ experience.

Already a seasoned social housing manager, you will bring a wealth of fresh ideas and the drive and determination to make them happen. In particular, you should be adept at budgeting and financial management, fully versed in local government processes and deeply committed to customer care – and you will be ready to deliver far-reaching projects that transform our residents’ wellbeing.
