Multi Trade Supervisor
We are seeking to appoint a Multi Trade Supervisor to join our growing Maintenance team. As a Multi Trade Supervisor you will be responsible for ensuring all responsive, cyclical, planned and void maintenance works are delivered in a safe and efficient manner, whilst maintaining a good standard of workmanship and excellent customer service.
To be successful in this role you will need to have previous supervisory experience and be able to support and develop your team, delivering training as and when required.
It is essential that you have experience in carpentry, plumbing, ground works and wet trades, with an excellent understanding of health and safety legislation and procedures. It is essential that you are asbestos awareness trained.
The ideal candidate should have experience of using IT equipment and Microsoft Office programs. The ability to communicate effectively with a positive approach to solving daily work challenges and to be able to produce and interpret risk assessments and method statements.
Applicants must hold a clean driving licence and have access to a car for business use. You will be required to work out of hours to fulfil the duty rotas as required.
