Location: Greenhill Street, Stratford-upon-Avon
Salary: £31,332 - £34,814 per annum
Contract: Permanent, Full Time, 36.25 hours per week

Are you looking for a varied role in a modern, motivating and award winning Property Compliance team? Orbit is seeking an exceptional candidate for the post of Senior Property Compliance Officer to look after their Fire Safety Management function.

The Property Compliance department is a national award winning team who look to lead and influence customer safety management. There are three Senior Property Compliance Officers in the Control team, responsible for Asbestos, Fire or Electrical, Water, Lift and Play safety. They will support and be supported by the officer on a daily basis and will deliver continuous improvement projects based on lessons learned and advancements in the organisation. The Property Compliance team is made up of knowledgeable individuals who are specialists in what they do and have received high levels of training, aimed at being the best customer safety managers in the UK.

This is an integral role to deliver compliance requirements and increase customer safety standards throughout Orbit properties. Reporting into the Property Compliance Manager, you will be focus on fire risk management including contract management of our fire risk assessors and ensure fire risk actions are delivered efficiently and effectively. Working in partnership with the West Midlands Fire Service and other safety experts, you will ensure Orbit has a robust and auditable evidence of compliance with regular legislations.
We are looking for a high calibre person to fulfil this role who is knowledgeable and ideally from a Fire Risk background. The Property Compliance team works very closely, supporting each other and delivers excellent results. You'll be an ambitious individual who is a great communicator at all levels, who can own and continuously improve the Fire Safety management plan.
