The role

This is an excellent opportunity and right now, we’re looking for a Performance and Business Development Manager to lead on the performance & business development activities of the Asset Management division and drive forward business development opportunities and initiatives to ensure the continued improvement of our repairs and maintenance service.

About You

You will have extensive experience of performance management as well as significant experience of IT systems, processes and procedures ideally within a Repairs and Maintenance or Social Housing background. 

You must be confident in being able to engage with staff at all levels including Senior Management as well as having an analytical approach in order to interrogate, understand, assimilate complex processes and procedures. 

You will be fully expected to lead and guide a team as well work on your own initiative to very tight deadlines. 

You will have extensive experience in developing, introducing, measuring and monitoring Key Performance information as well as being able to develop and implement new projects, procedures, systems and processes.   

You must be qualified to degree level or equivalent in a relevant subject matter.
