We are looking for a proactive, customer focused administrator to support the Neighbourhood Management team and be the first point of contact for contact information, enquiries, and complaints, ensuring the smooth running of the service.
This is a hands on role with diary and budget management being important elements of the role, as well as document writing, including letters and reports.
We are looking for a proactive, customer focussed administrator to support the Neighbourhood Management Teams and be the first point of contact for initial enquiries, complaints, ensuring the smooth running of the service.
This is a hands on role and will provide fundamental support to the Neighbourhood Teams, helping to organise day to day priorities for the teams and being able to resolve simple enquiries from internal colleagues and customers.
Organisational skills are key as well as producing and maintaining records on internal management systems and being proficient in mainstream software packages, Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
To be a successful member of the team and thrive in the role, it is essential that you can demonstrate the following experience and skills:
- Previous administration experience within a fast-paced environment.
- Desire to work in the Neighbourhood Management team.
- Ability to organise and prioritise workload.
- Ability to build strong working relationships with other departments and teams within the business.
- Ability to demonstrate a professional, confident and solution-focused attitude.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

We work in partnership with Hampshire County Council (HCC) who deliver many transactional services on our behalf.
