Salary: £26,318 - £29,242 per annum

Contract: Permanent

Hours: 36.25 hours per week, Full time

Orbit has an exciting opportunity for a Property Compliance Officer to join our Compliance team located at our Maidstone office. You will provide an efficient day to day compliance service to plan and deliver programmes of work including asbestos, fire, lifts and electrical contracts.

The Property Compliance Officer liaises with external contractors to ensure necessary works have been carried out and completed. This is a fast paced role where you will be responsible for compiling auditable evidence of compliance. The team is made up of a Coordinator, Senior Officer, and an administrator and you will also work closely with other teams in the organisation.

This is a great opportunity for a focused, proactive individual who is experienced in contract management. IT skills and experience using Word, Excel and Office are essential for this role. We are looking for a team player and someone who is willing to go that extra mile for our customers. Social housing or property background is desirable.
