The role

We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Marketing Officer to join Orbit's expanding Marketing & Communications team based in Coventry. This role is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to join a commercially driven organisation with a strong social purpose that is at the forefront of a rapidly changing sector.

As a Senior Marketing Officer with Orbit, you will be responsible for supporting the Marketing Manager in delivering the overall group marketing strategy. This will include all marketing activity specifically related to Property Investment and Shared Ownership plus any other new marketing initiatives that are launched. This will mean working across a range of digital channels to deliver all aspects of brand marketing for Property Investment.

This is an exciting time to join Orbit as we are currently re-branding and changing our vision so as part of the campaign team, this role will be focusing on looking at building campaigns around various products and raising awareness of Orbits Products and services and monitoring the successes of those campaigns.

About you

This role is suited to a Marketing professional who is looking to come in and hit the ground running in a dynamic and varied working environment.

We are looking for someone who has experience in managing / mentoring people as you will be responsible for the line management of the Marketing Assistant and also someone that can get involved with the wider Marketing and Communications team.

Housing experience is not essential but digital marketing experience is. A degree level in marketing or a similar discipline is also required for the role.
